TRX CARDIO  Thursday 17:30 – 18:30. Don’t just hang around in the gym. Come and hang around with us. Strength, Power, Endurance all combine in this TRX suspension trainer based session.

TRX’ercising  Wednesday / Friday 08:45 – 09:30. A full body weight training session using the TRX Suspension Trainer. I have been using the TRX for over 8 years, it is a great way to get a full and challenging workout.
